Ok, jedenfalls, dazu schrieb ein poster diesen Kommentar, und genau das ist es worueber ich mich auch schon immer gewundert habe,

Versucht mal einen nahen verwandten oder eltern/muendige kinder/geschwister hier zu sponsorn. Das kann man so gut wie vergessen, als nord europaer, aber fuer andere laender scheinen andere regeln zu gelten.
Ganz ehrlich? Finde ich Schei$$e!

That doesn’t mean residents have to leave them up.

Also daß das Sponsorn von Eltern lange dauert, wird wohl stimmen, aber zu obigen Beitrag: das sponsorn von common-law union geht relativ schnell, so was ich in anderen Foren gelesen habe durchschnittlich 6 Monate, von Berlin aus dauerte es wohl dieses Jahr nur 2 Monate. Wenn also der obige Schreiber Probleme mit seiner finnischen Freundin hatte, dann lag das nicht an den behörden in Kanada sondern entweder an der kanadischen Botschaft IN Finnland, oder an dem Antragssteller selbst, vielleicjt fehlten da UNterlagen. Es wird wirklich viel verlangt, um die Echtheit der Beziehung zu beweisen, aber die Wartezeit von einem halben Jahr geht noch, finde ich.

Noe, stimmt, ein halbes jahr ist nicht schlecht, gut sogar wuerde ich sagen.
Ich frage mich woran das liegt das es bei manchen relativ schnell geht, abei anderen wiederum garnicht, oder die sache zieht sich ueber lange zeit hinweg, mit viel papierkram und hindernissen.

Es liegt vor allem daran, ob das sponsorn für den Partner von innerhalb Kanadas passiert oder außerhalb. Innerhalb dauert es mindestens 18 Monate, wenn nicht länger, außerhalb so um die 6 Monate. Kommt darauf an, in welchem Land das bearbeitet wird. In Pakistan dauert es wohl fast 2 Jahre. Aber in westlichen Lädern geht es wirklich schnell.

Mit partnern schon, aber wie sieht das mit familien angehoerigen aus?

Wieso koennnen personen aus bestimmten laendern sogar kusinen, tanten oder omas - oder die maennlichen counterparts- nach kanada holen, und bei anderen laendern ist das nicht, oder kaum moeglich?
Und nein, das sind keine personen welche eine besondere ausbildung haben, oft sogar gar keine, auch bringen diese keine finanziellen mittel mit ins land.

Und keiner kann mir erzaehlen das es nicht an dem liegt, ich kenne mehr als genug personen wo das der fall ist, und diese innerhalb weniger als zwei jahren die zum teil sogar entfernte verwandschaft ( einige bis zu 20) hier als immigranten begruessen konnten.

Mein cousin hatte sich mal erkundigt, er wollte auch gern nach kanada einwandern, aber als EMT von beruf, wurde ihm mitgeteilt, das er so gut wie keine chancen haette.

papaya hat mal darüber geschrieben, dass er sich wundert, warum leute von den philippinen bereits nach 1,5 bis 2 jahren in ca ihre PR haben - deutsche aber nicht.

die leute aus dem fernen osten haben möglicherweise eine klare vorstellung von dem "business" immigration - deutsche möglicherweise weniger.

zu alberta.

es gab vor jahren einen family stream, über den angehörigen die einwanderung ermöglicht wurde - nur nach alberta. sowas gab es auch in einigen anderen provinzen.
im moment gibt es den nicht mehr.

als dieses programm in kraft trat - startete - da haben halt die aus fern-ost und anderen ländern sofort reagiert - als profis.

die deutschen halt nicht - die haben geschlafen und heute sind sie sauer und verstehen die welt nicht mehr.

dann gab es von alberta ein programm, wo sogar leute mit skill level C und D einen work permit erhielten und danach die PR beantragen konnten.

ebenfalls - die menschen aus den ländern - über die gemeckert wird - reagierten sofort.
und natürlich denken die an ihren "clan" und nicht nur an sich selbst.

zum federal programm für eltern und großeltern.

da gibt es nur eine sehr begrenzte anzahl von permits pro jahr und weltweit - (die quote) .

in asien wird darauf 8 jahre +/- gewartet. würde ein deutscher das für eltern oder großeltern beantragen dürfte es weniger als 4 jahre dauern.

im federal programm gibt es kein sponsern für sonstige angehörige

ausnahme investoren class.
das heißt, die sind dann richtig reich und können den einen oder anderen mitbringen -

aber auch hier - wenn die reich sind, geschääfte gründen, arbeitskräfte brauchen, dann fragen die in ihrem clan nach arbeitern - und ...

der deutsche michel mit der schlafmütze - wie er früher oft gezeichnet wurde - ist da halt langsam, nicht informiert und ... - dann jammert er.
