Tja Maxim, das hatte ich eigentlich auch gedacht, aber ich komme mir hier manchmal wirklich so vor, als wenn man gegen eine wand redet.

Ich kann mir eigentlich kaum vorstellen das niemand hier in diesem forum daran interesse hat irgendwann mal real estate zu kaufen oder zu verkaufen.

Oder bereits gekauft hat, aber kein interesse daran hat seine eigenen erfahrungen oder meinungen zu teilen.


Naja, Kaese ist ja auch ein thema....... reality check anyone?

Danke Dir (und Maxim) für die Links. Amüsant und vor allem informativ zum Lesen. Und ein gutes Thema, dass nicht in den Tiefen des Forums verschwinden sollte. Nur muss ich zur Zeit weder ein Haus kaufen noch verkaufen - zum Glück, bin ich im Hinblick auf die Immohändler und den von Euch erwähnten Artikel versucht zu sagen.

ich finde das die immo preise im Yukon oder NWT genauso interessant sind wie die des restlichen canadas.
Gerade fuer menschen welche nicht unbedingt an einem ort gebunden sind, outside the box denken,und sich vieleicht auch fuer diese provinzen interessieren.
Ich selber hatte mich auch mal ein wenig fuer whitehorse schlaugemacht, aber als ich die realitaet der preise dort gesehen habe war das thema fuer mich allerdings gelaufen.

Hatte mal zwei nachbarinnen vor ein paar jahren, diese kamen von whitehorse und wollten liebend gerne wieder dahin zurueck, sagten aber das sie sich das nicht erlauben koennten.
Ich wusste nicht genau was sie damit meinten, bis ich auf den realtor seiten und auch rental pages herumgestoebert hatte.
