Applications are accepted for qualified foreign workers who will be employed in skilled occupations that fall into Skill Levels O, A or B of the National Occupational Classification Matrix, excluding some non-commercial and lower level occupations. If you are uncertain whether an occupation is eligible under the BC PNP, you should contact us for confirmation before preparing or submitting an application.
Professionals (NOC Skill Level A)
Employment requirements: A relevant university degree, professional designation or 2-year college diploma, and several years of directly related experience
International Graduates do not require work experience Examples of eligible occupations:

Das würde für mich - eine Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Veranstaltungstechnik - heißen, dass ich mein Beruf nicht in Kanada ausüben kann, da eine Hochschulabschluss gefordert wird?

Wenn ich allerdings nun in der Matrix schaue, sehe ich unter Skilled Administrative And Business Occupations, dass es dem Skill Level B zugeordnet ist. Nach dem Kommentar "Occupations usually require college education or apprenticeship training" wird eine Ausbildung ebenfalls akzeptiert.
