Hey Folks

Kann ich mit einem WP eine Firma - Inc. - gruenden oder brauche ich einen Kanadier(in) dazu? Das einzige was ich weiss ist, dass ich mich nicht selbst anstellen kann, da ich ja mit WP an meinen Arbeitgeber gebunden bin. Kann ich aber Leute anstellen und die Firma besitzen?

Ich sehe nicht warum nicht, jemand von euch?

Ich kann mir noch gut vorstellen, dass für eine kanadische Inc. ein gewisser Anteil der Beteiligung "irgendwie" in Kanada/resident Canadian gehalten werden muss ?!?

The directors shall manage or supervise the management of the business and affairs of the corporation. The board of directors of a corporation must consist of at least one individual, and in the case of an offering corporation, not fewer than three individuals (S.115 (2)).

The Articles of Incorporation may set out a fixed number of directors or a minimum and maximum number of directors (floating board), but each director must be at least 18 years of age (S.118 (1)).

Section 2(1) of the CBCA defines a resident Canadian as an individual who is

1. a Canadian citizen ordinarily resident in Canada;
2. a Canadian citizen not ordinarily resident in Canada who is a member of a prescribed class of person; or
3. a permanent resident within the meaning of the Immigration Act and ordinarily resident in Canada, except a permanent resident who has been ordinarily resident in Canada for more than one year after the time at which he first became eligible to apply for Canadian citizenship.

hallo

du kannst jede form von firma gründen - hat nichts mit deinem work permit zu tun

für den start kannst du auch eine einfache geschäftsgründung machen und erst später die inc. (mir fällt dazu der name gerade nicht ein)

dann brauchst du auch keinen geschäftsführer zu bezahlen
ist um einiges preiswerter
