Kategorie unter Skilled Worker Program

Hi there,

Ich bin gerade dabei meine Permanent Residence Applicationn vorzubereiten, habe jedoch zu den drei moeglichen Kategorien unter Skilled Worker Class eine Frage. Fuer mein Verstaendnis kann ich sowohl unter der Kategorie 2 als auch unter Kategorie 3 bewerben. Kategorie 1 faellt weg, da ich keine der gelisten Occupation habe.

Kategorie 2 - arrangened employment
Ich habe eine gueltige Arbeitserlaubnis die durch ein positives LMO besteatigt wurde sowie eine Jobangebot, dass nicht befristet ist. Das bestehende Work Permit laeuft im October 2010 aus. Ich bin mir bewusst, dass unter der Kategorie 2 der ganze Prozess bis zum October 2010 abgeschlossen sein muss.

Kategorie 3 - work experience
Bevor die derzeitige Arbeitserlaubnis ausgestellt wurde hielt ich eine Arbeitserlaubnis unter dem Young Workers Program und habe durchgehend fuer ein Jahr gearbeitet. Dieses Visum lief im September 2009 aus. Ich residiere derzeit legal in Kanada und bin ein temporary foreign worker.

Meiner Meinung nach koennte ich rein theoretisch unter beiden Kategorien meine Bewerbung einreichen jedoch macht es meines Erachtens nach Sinn den Antrag unter Category 2 einzureichen, da es fuer arranged employment zusaetliche Punkte hinsichtlich des Punktesystems gibt.

Habe ich etwas uebersehen bzw. nicht richtig verstanden?

Steht dein Job nicht auf der Liste kannst du kein skilled worker beantragen.Ist dein beruf nicht in die Level 0,a oder b einzuordnen kannst du keine canadian expierence beantragen.

Er hat doch Job Offer....der Job muss nur auf der NOC Liste stehen. Das hat nichts mit den ominoesen 38 Professions zu tun.

Basierend auf diesem Link erfuelle ich die Vorgaben unter Punkt 1 + meine bestehende Work Permit wurde durch ein positives LMO besteatigt, so dass ich kein AEO benoetige.

Das ist ja alles schoen und gut,da aber das Programm durch 3 Schritte geht und nicht nach dem ersten aufhoert,muesst ihr schon weiter lesen.

Er hat mit dem YWP schon ein Jahr gearbeitet, seitdem hat er ein Wp und auch gearbeitet.
Wuerde mich wundern wenn der Job, fuer den er ein LMO/WP bekommen hat, nicht auf der NOC Liste stehen wuerde. Sonst sehe ich auf den Seiten von CIC keinen Grund warum er sich nicht fuer Skilled Worker qualifizieren sollte.
Allerdings waeren wie schon im anderen Thread erwaehnt mehr Details wissenswert.....evtl. geht ja auch Canadian Experience Class oder ein PNP

vielleicht ist Dein Job da irgendwo auffindbar, von Putzfrau ueber Koch und Bedienung ist eigentlich alles dabei....

Er hat geschrieben das sein Beruf nicht auf der Liste steht,gleich im ersten Eintrag oben.und seine Experience wird nur gezaehlt wenn diese skill level 0,a oder b entspricht.(zumindest als Canadian Experience antrag)
Nur mal als Beispiel,Trucker sind Level d,koennen also im Grunde auch nur ueber ein PNP einwandern.
Wuerde helfen wenn man seinen Beruf und seine Province weiss.

Mal ne Frage,wir reden ja hier ueber skilled worker,hab mir die Liste so noch nie im Ganzen angeschaut,aber stehen Putzfrau und Bedienung auf der Skilled worker Liste?und sind skilled worker nicht auf 38 Berufe beschraenkt?

Also basierend auf den Guidelines heisst es dort.

Meine Frage im Eroeffnungsthread war basierend auf diesen Daten gestellt. Demnach erfuelle ich alle Anforderungen fuer Punkt 1 und 2 der Auflistung.

Es gibt im Moment eine Liste mit 38 Berufen die in Kanada "gewuenscht" sind.
Die NOC Liste beinhaltet alle kanadischen Berufe, mit Job Offer und einem Beruf der den richtigen Skill Level hat kann man als Skilled Worker einwandern auch wenn der Beruf im Moment nicht bei den 38 dabei ist.

By the way, auf Deiner LMO sollte der NOC-Code fuer Deinen Job angegeben sein. Dein Employer sollte die LMO auch in Deiner Personalakte haben....
Dann findest Du Deinen Skill Level am einfachsten ueber den Code.

aha,soviel unterschiedliche Infos gibt es.Ich habe von unserem Office hier in Edmonton erfahren,das man im skilled worker nur Chancen hat,wenn der Beruf einer der 38 gewuenschten ist.

Ohne Job offer stimmt das ja auch

Die Liste mit den 38 ist aber nicht die NOC Liste, sondern irgendwas mit "Occupations on demand" oder so....
Warum sollte jemand unskilled sein nur weil er keinen der 38 jobs hat?
