English Only » Cover letter and resume. Need some help.

Hi,
yesterday i wrote a cover letter and a resume now i need some help with the translation.
It concerns a job as a lathe operator...because of my bad english I think it is still "flawed" but i tried to do it well.
I'm looking for someone who can fix the/my faults.
